What's all the piano?

Parker's question:  What's all the piano for when we are on vacation?

My answer:  Grandma's here.  Make her happy and do it.

They did.

Hannah's lesson.  First, and the longest.  Grandma likes to spend a lot of time with the older ones :)

Parker and Logan (with a Brady shirt on, yeah!) actually playing the first two lines of the duet.

Madilyn's lesson.  Grandma holding Ella while teaching.  Talented.

This is Collin.  Not the same one that is playing a duet with Parker.

We also missed the ONE appointment I had for Sean and Jessica's kids--the piano lessons (sorry guys I spent too long at the science center)!  Most piano teachers don't make up lessons because they have a schedule too, so I knew we were doomed.  Grandma volunteered to teach all five lessons (their three kids and my two) even though she was diagnosed with bronchitis yesterday.  Thus, there was a lot more piano going on.

I always have to include my Ethan thought because there always is one.  Ethan loved playing the piano!  However, he would purposely NOT pass things off so he could keep practicing those he liked.  For instance, I think he played the Star Wars theme song for the last three months of his life.  He was a talented little thing!  Piano practicing went right along with all of the chores--  he would get them done because he wanted to play outside.

As for me, I didn't get dressed today.  My pajamas were great for not leaving the house.  I insisted everyone get their Valentine's ready for their classes.  Ya know...two weeks early.  Where's the real me?

Got these off of Pintrest.  And, they're all a bit crooked because I did make the kids do the craftiness, not me.  This second one is the "teacher treat."
