This is the set up. My husband is all about how it looks when the kids walk out. He likes the presentation to go well. I think it looked great!
My parents used to make us suffer through a picture first before we saw the presents, so I have passed that suffering down to my own kids. Here they are ready to go to the living room. As you can see Madilyn is not looking so hot :) Poor sick girl. I think you can actually see Parker's excitement (he's the one that woke up the whole house). Brady seemed ready to go.
Madilyn's kitchen.
We did hang Ethan's stocking. Don't you love the stockings? My Grandma Betty makes them for all of her 11 children, their children and their children. Crazy. But, we love them.
Opening stockings. Ethan's stocking was full of gifts for Parker and Madilyn. Brady and I watched a lot!
Parker will hate that I posted this, but he knew his picture was going to be taken. Just showing his excitement.
And, we have no pictures of Marcus. I think he had a Merry Christmas too.
I put this one of them before their Winter Sing in here because they both look so good. You can also see how Parker drops his backpack and homework where he chooses (notice right side).
I will add in Christmas Eve photos once people email them to me :) Hint.
On to the "naked pictures" we always tend to take with our small children. I think I have one of these tub pictures of each of my kids. It was Brady's turn. He is here with his cousins Camden and Cade. He's unsure as to what's going on. However, my sister treated me to bathing my child for me since she was already bathing her two.
We hiked Ethan's bench with the family. Creston, Cynthia, Greg, Leah, Marcus, Parker and Elizabeth are pictured. I am taking the pic. It was fun to share the hike with everyone. Cynthia is now known as the mountain goat. She basically ran up and down those hills.
Greg stepped out and took the picture this time.
Here we all are in front of the dried up waterfall.
Parker on his brother's bench.
Cynthia and Elizabeth on Ethan's bench.
This picture was actually on the way up and was a resting point. It was a fun Christmas and we were happy to spend it with family.
