Working

I have started working a little.  Long story, but I am basically an assistant principal for a school, but only for a short time.  Someone called in a favor and I am doing it.  I have had the hardest first few days because of a lack of communication.  Wow.  We finally got things resolved yesterday, but I had been begging for communication for days.  I can't tell you how important it is in a business to know who and when to report.  Its very helpful.  I was giving instructions to a person who thought I had "nothing to do with their job."  My instructions aren't so terrible now that this person knows I do have something to do with their job.  I hope I figure things out better and faster next time!
